The successful candidate will collaborate with Service Management to create, manage, and continuously improve the technical services offered by the Marine Service Department for the maintenance and repair of Caterpillar products. Additionally, they will provide secretarial support to ensure the department's smooth operation.

Main responsibilities:

  • Daily updates to the company's ERP system and collaboration/communication with other departments as needed.
  • Managing work orders, monitoring invoices, preparing quotes, and shipping documents.
  • Communicating with clients and suppliers (domestic and international).

Required Education / Skills:

  • University/Technical University degree, preferably in mechanical/electrical engineering.
  • Previous experience in a similar position will be highly valued.
  • Proficiency in English and ability to communicate with international suppliers.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft applications.
  • Basic accounting knowledge is desirable.
