  • 2020 - Powerscreen & ΜΒ dealership

    Powerscreen & ΜΒ companies are added to the Eltrak group's dealerships.
  • 2019 - Acquisition by CP Holdings

    The ELTRAK Group was acquired by the CP Holdings Group , except from the Eltrekka company, which was sold at Autohellas ATEE.
  • 2012 - Palfinger dealership

    Palfinger brand that stands for lifting, loading and handling equipment is added to the Eltrak group's dealerships.
  • 2005-2006 - TEREX/O&K dealership

    ELTRAK takes over the dealership of TEREX/O&K mining equipment (big excavators) for Greece in 2005 and for Bulgaria in 2006.
  • 2005 - Agreement with Autohellas ATEE

    Agreement with ELTRAK for the participation of Autohellas ATEE with 50% share in ELTREKKA S.A.
  • 2001 - Bridgestone dealership

    ELASTRAK S.A. was created to take over the official dealership of Bridgestone & Firestone. ELTRAK stands for the MaK marine engines and the Biteli brand.
  • 2000-2001 - ΕΛΤΡΑΚ & ΕΚΚΑ merging

    ELTRAK and EKKA merge to create ELTREKKA.
  • 1997 - Taking over Lucas Service Hellas

    ELTRAK took over Lucas Service Hellas, a major player in car spare parts market.
  • 1994 - Dunlop dealership

    ELTRAK takes over the dealership of Dunlop tyres (until 2000). JLG lift equipment is added to the Group dealerships.
  • 1991 - Stock market introduction

    ELTRAK, is listed on the Athens Stock Exchange.
  • 1986 - John Deere dealership

    ELTRAK takes over the dealership of John Deere Agricultural (until 1995).
  • 1982 - Caterpillar dealership

    ELTRAK was founded to take over the exclusive dealership in Greece for Caterpillar, the world leader in construction, mining machinery and diesel engines.
