Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of technical offers for forklift repair and maintenance.
  • Creation and management of CVAs.
  • Communication with international suppliers for technical support and knowledge exchange.
  • Entry and monitoring of spare parts orders in the DBS system.
  • Continuous supervision of workshop progress and support of the technical staff.
  • Updating the Scheduler regarding work planning and progress.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (University/Technical Institute).
  • Previous experience in technical support and/or forklift service will be considered an asset.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and ability to work effectively in a team.
