Our goal is to provide interns with the opportunity to develop their technical skills and gain meaningful experience in a truly professional environment.

During the internship, participants have the opportunity to:

• Work in state-of-the-art facilities that meet the stringent American standards of CATERPILLAR, operate cutting-edge equipment, and familiarize themselves with the latest industry methods.
• Actively participate in the maintenance, repair, and diagnostics of machinery, working alongside our experienced technicians. This hands-on involvement with CATERPILLAR machinery and other leading manufacturers allows them to apply their knowledge and develop new skills in real working conditions.

The internship program offers young professionals the opportunity to evolve into high-level technicians. Additionally, it provides them with a monthly financial stipend throughout their internship. Interns also have the possibility of future employment at ELTRAK, starting a career with prospects in one of the leading groups in the industry.
