Rigas Konstantinos
BCP & Rental Manager

My introduction to the world of Caterpillar began at a young age when I worked in our family business, which specialized in parts for Caterpillar products. This early experience was pivotal, nurturing my passion for machinery and my interest in the industry.

My professional journey with ELTRAK started in late 1995, when I joined the earthmoving machinery sales department. Over the first 12 years, I gained invaluable experience in sales, developed strong relationships with clients, and helped establish the company’s presence in the market.

In 2007, I took on the management of the small machinery sales department (Business Construction Products), where I helped drive the sector’s growth and achieve significant objectives. This role offered me the opportunity to shape the team’s strategy and lay a solid foundation for its continued development.

In 2012, my career took another step forward as I assumed responsibility for managing the rapidly growing equipment rental sector, covering all of the company’s brands. This challenge deepened my expertise, broadened my strategic perspective, and led my team to new successes, significantly contributing to ELTRAK's growth.

In 2025, I will have the honor of assuming the role of Sales Director in the earthmoving sector, ready to leverage my knowledge and experience to support the company’s ongoing growth.

My passion for machinery, particularly for Caterpillar, has helped me successfully lead the departments I manage, achieving continuous growth and a steady upward trajectory.4o

Mylona Sofia
Head of Accounting Department

My journey at ELTRAK began 23 years ago when I assumed the role of Financial Analyst. From day one, I had the opportunity to participate in numerous projects and face challenges that helped me develop a deep understanding of the company’s financial processes and strategic needs.

Through continuous challenges and difficulties, the support of the Finance Director and collaboration with exceptional colleagues were instrumental in my professional development. Daily hard work, ongoing learning, and dedication to the quality of our services have significantly contributed to my personal and professional growth.

In 2021, my experience and efforts were recognized, and I was promoted to the position of Accounting Director. In this new role, I lead a team of exceptional and highly skilled accountants who work diligently to achieve the goals of our Group.

The excellent collaboration with my team and the constant support from my superiors are the key pillars that enable us as the Accounting Department to achieve high levels of performance and ensure the financial health of the Group. I am proud of our journey and look forward to continuing to contribute to our further growth.

Diamantopoulos Panagiotis
Managing Director

Electrical Engineer with a Master’s degree in Technology Business Management. I began my professional career focusing on the fields of machine manufacturing, robotics, and logistics.

My career started in 2001 at Eltrak, where I was hired as a Supply Chain Manager and Assistant to the Group's General Manager. In the Supply Chain Manager role, I concentrated on improving logistics across all group companies — ELTRAK, ELASTRAK, and ELTREKA. The supply chain improvements involved warehouse management, inventory, pricing, orders, and customer service. At the same time, as the General Manager's Assistant, I handled operational issues, striving to enhance the logistics, marketing, and sales departments.

In 2005, I assumed the role of CEO at ELASTRAK, which represents Bridgestone Tires in Greece.

I feel fortunate to work for the ELTRAK Group, as it is a group that cares about the well-being of its employees and aligns with my own ambitions and goals, which are none other than improvement and growth.

Botsifaras Giannis
Area Manager Northern Greece & Thessaly

After completing my studies in Mechanical Engineering at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, specializing in Industrial Management, I pursued a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) at the Athens University of Economics and Business in 2005. This education provided me with valuable skills and guided me toward the business sector.

My professional career at ELTRAK began in 2006 as an Account Manager in the mining industry. This role offered a unique experience, giving me the chance to work in a demanding and dynamic market, build client relationships, and gain a deep understanding of the industry's needs.

In 2007, the company entrusted me with the position of Branch Manager in Ptolemaida, where I took on the responsibility of expanding ELTRAK's operations in Western Macedonia and ensuring top-quality customer support.

In 2011, my promotion to Area Manager for Northern Greece came as a recognition of my successful trajectory. In 2022, my responsibilities were expanded to include the region of Thessaly, further extending my impact on the company's growth.

Toward the end of 2024, I was delighted to assume the role of Product Support Director at ELTRAK. This new position enables me to contribute even more significantly to corporate objectives, to innovate, and to lead initiatives that strengthen the company's strategic product support.

I feel proud to work at ELTRAK, in a workplace that values employee efforts and provides continuous opportunities for growth and professional development. This environment motivates and empowers me to constantly evolve, to fully leverage my potential, and to contribute meaningfully to achieving the company's objectives.
