The suitable candidate will be responsible for issuing documents accompanying spare parts from the Central Store, supporting sales colleagues in customer service on invoicing and shipping matters, as well as providing prompt service to international Key Accounts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Issuing invoicing documents for spare parts.
  • Supporting exports by preparing packing lists, liaising with warehouses and coordinating with customs brokers, and issuing related documentation.
  • Managing delivery notes, coordinating shipments with couriers, and tracking them.
  • Serving foreign customers with timely updates on stock availability, document dispatch, invoicing, and other necessary certifications.

Required Education / Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • Experience in document management and customer service, particularly in an international setting.
  • Knowledge of logistics, customs, and export procedures.
  • Excellent command of English and MS Office.
  • Strong organizational, accuracy, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with various departments.
