The ideal candidate will be responsible for the accurate and comprehensive accounting updates of the company’s warehouse information system, the entry of accounting records, and the issuance of specific documents to ensure the proper operation and management of inventory.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Entry of purchase invoices (domestic and international) and inventory updates.
  • Correction of open orders in the warehouse information system.
  • Collaborating with the stock control department and manager for order preparation.
  • Informing customers and the sales department of expected goods arrivals.
  • Activating and setting up of new product codes.
  • Accounting corrections and inventory transfers.
  • Entry of shipping notes and service provision documents.

Required Education / Skills:

  • Graduate of TEI/IEK in Logistics, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • Experience in logistics is highly appreciated.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain operations.
  • General knowledge of accounting.
  • Excellent command of the English language (Proficiency level).
  • Advanced computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with other departments.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Team-oriented, organized, and disciplined.
  • Ambitious with a desire for growth and development.
