ELTRAK Group of Companies is looking to hire a Service Admin for its facilities in Kifisia.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Service Management team to support the development, coordination, and continuous improvement of the technical services provided by the department for the maintenance and repair of Caterpillar products.

In addition, the role includes providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the workshop department.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily updates and data entry in the company’s ERP system, along with coordination and communication with other departments as required

  • Management of work orders, monitoring of invoices, and preparation of quotations and delivery notes

  • Communication with customers and suppliers (both domestic and international)

 

Required Education / Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (University or Technical Institute), preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

  • Previous experience in a similar position will be highly appreciated

  • Good command of the English language with the ability to communicate effectively with international suppliers

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Basic accounting knowledge will be considered an asset
