ELTRAK Group is seeking to recruit a Spare Parts Counter Sales Representative for its branch in Heraklion, Crete.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding machinery spare parts and other products represented by the company.
• Identify and recommend suitable spare parts according to technical requirements.
• Monitor the sales process and provide customer support through to completion.
• Issue sales and delivery documentation.
• Prepare and process customer orders.

 

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Degree from a Technical School or equivalent technical education.
• Previous experience in a similar position (spare parts, technical support, or sales) will be considered an asset.
• Good command of the English language, particularly technical terminology.
• Ability to understand technical documentation, use parts identification software, and attend technical training programs.
• Proficiency in computer applications and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Methodical, adaptable, organized, and team-oriented mindset.
