ELTRAK Group of Companies a leading provider of heavy equipment and power solutions, is seeking to recruit a Senior Network Engineer at its Kifisia premises.

The Senior Network Engineer will have technical ownership of the operation, security, performance and continuous improvement of our corporate network infrastructure. This is a hands-on technical role that will have troubleshooting in a complex environment at its core, along with implementing new technologies and contributing to infrastructure and cybersecurity projects. The role operates within the technology and security framework defined by the CIO and the Systems & Infrastructure team, while maintaining a high degree of technical ownership and relevant autonomy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and troubleshoot enterprise LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi and Internet connectivity.
  • Configure and administer switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs and wireless infrastructure (mainly Cisco).
  • Manage VLANs, routing, switching, DHCP, DNS, NAT and network segmentation.
  • Operate and improve SD-WAN and Next-Generation Firewall environments.
  • Monitor network availability, capacity, performance and security.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
  • Work with SOC/NOC teams on network and cybersecurity incidents.
  • Support connectivity for servers, virtualization, cloud and business-critical applications.
  • Support corporate IP telephony / Cisco communications infrastructure.
  • Coordinate with ISPs, telecom providers and technology vendors.
  • Maintain network diagrams, configurations and technical documentation.
  • Participate in infrastructure, cybersecurity, business continuity and digital transformation projects.
  • Proactively identify network risks, capacity constraints and opportunities for improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience: 4+ years experience in relative job functions and network engineering role.
  • Certificate in computer science or Networking or relative certifications.
  • CCNA/CCNP or equivalent certifications are considered an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise firewalls, switches , routers and Wi-Fi.
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, DHCP, DNS, NAT, VPNs, and network segmentation.
  • Experience with SD-WAN and Next-Generation Firewalls.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Good understanding of network security principles.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft/Azure and VMware environments is an advantage.
  • Experience with Cisco networking and Cisco CUCM/IP telephony is desirable.
  • Familiarity with IT security & network infrastructure.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and harmoniously with staff, fellow employees and user community; Skill in troubleshooting, analysis and problem solving.
  • Ability to take ownership of technical issues and manage them through to final resolution.
  • Speak and write English fluently.
