Customer Service Supervisor
The suitable candidate will be responsible for the smooth operation of the call center, oversee daily functions, and be capable of executing all tasks as required.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and guide the customer service department.
- Propose solutions to improve departmental operations.
- Address training needs within the department.
Additional Responsibiliteis:
- Handle order taking and invoicing.
- Ensure daily stock replenishment across company warehouses.
- Organize and coordinate logistics operations (communication with transport companies).
- Manage the elastrakclub program.
Required Education / Skills:
- Diploma from a technical institute or university.
- Excellent knowledge of PC and MS Office.
- Very good command of the English language.
- Ability and ease in communication for daily handling of tasks, issues, and problem-solving.
- Organized and disciplined.
- 1-2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
- Desired knowledge of touch-typing systems.
