The suitable candidate will be responsible for the smooth operation of the call center, oversee daily functions, and be capable of executing all tasks as required.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and guide the customer service department.
  • Propose solutions to improve departmental operations.
  • Address training needs within the department.

Additional Responsibiliteis:

  • Handle order taking and invoicing.
  • Ensure daily stock replenishment across company warehouses.
  • Organize and coordinate logistics operations (communication with transport companies).
  • Manage the elastrakclub program.

Required Education / Skills:

  • Diploma from a technical institute or university.
  • Excellent knowledge of PC and MS Office.
  • Very good command of the English language.
  • Ability and ease in communication for daily handling of tasks, issues, and problem-solving.
  • Organized and disciplined.
  • 1-2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
  • Desired knowledge of touch-typing systems.
