The successful  candidate will be  responsible for maintaining and managing PCs, Servers and Printers, monitoring daily back up and performing daily support to the company employees. The Junior PC Network Support Technician also ensures that email and data storage networks work properly. Important aspect of the role is to maintain the Computer Room and keep Updated Inventory of Critical infrastructure in HQ and Branches. Decisions are made within the guidelines set by the IT Manager and the team of senior Specialists.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring, maintaining, and managing all PCs, servers, and printers.
  • Upgrading, updating, and troubleshooting Windows PCs, servers, and printers.
  • Managing and troubleshooting employee access across the organization.
  • Acquiring, installing, upgrading, and troubleshooting devices and software, both locally and remotely.
  • Performing housekeeping in the Computer Room at HQ and branches.
  • Keeping updated and accurate inventory data of critical infrastructure at HQ and branches.
  • Providing help desk support, including telephone coverage and troubleshooting at users' desks.
  • Installing and configuring approved hardware and software in adherence to the company’s rules and naming conventions.
  • Supporting and troubleshooting application software.
  • Performing Microsoft Windows user profile migrations and workstation configuration maintenance.
  • Investigating LAN and WAN troubleshooting activities and coordinating corrective action with the Network Administrator.
  • Maintaining inventory of hardware and logging support calls in the company's help desk management system.
  • Tracking and documenting diagnostic results and installation instructions.
  • Providing support for telecommunications and mobile devices (e.g., conference calling, video conferencing, web-based conferencing, conference phones, audio-visual equipment, and Skype for Business).
  • Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.

Additional Responsibilities:

·         Maintain inventory of spare parts

·         Assist in the ordering of parts and hardware

·         Evaluate new versions of software and hardware

·         Support special projects

Required Education / Skills:

  • 3+ years  working experience in relative job functions, IT/network support role or a certificate in computer science or relative certifications.
  • Clear understanding of the Microsoft Active Directory, DNS & maintaining Group Policies.
  • Hands-on experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows servers & Windows 11 in a medium or large business.
  • Profound knowledge in troubleshooting PC & Server systems with hardware and software technical issues.
  • Technical knowledge of computer equipment operation, testing, and maintenance, data network systems, software installation, upgrading, and support, Microsoft operating systems, computer deployments and system imaging
  • Familiarity with IT security & network infrastructure
  • Strong customer service skills; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Ability to work effectively on a team and harmoniously with staff, fellow employees and user community; Skill in troubleshooting, analysis and problem solving
  • Speak and write English fluently
  • Education/Certification: Associate degree in Computer Science or related field, OR 3+ years of relevant experience
