ELTRAK Group is seeking a Credit Controller to join our team in Kifissia.

The successful candidate will support the Credit Control Department, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company procedures.

Main responsibilities

• Communication with the customers to ensure compliance with the company requirements
• Collaboration with the Sales Department for orders approval and updates on their clients’ issues
• Allocation of incoming payments from customers
• Assessment of the creditworthiness of potential customers
• Reconciliation of accounting records with customers

Required Education / Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Excellent command of English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with reliability and ability to meet deadlines
• Responsible and proactive attitude
• Completed military obligations (if applicable)
