ELTRAK Group of Companies is seeking to hire a Deputy Service Manager – Marine Engines in Athens.

The successful candidate will play an active role in ensuring the smooth operation of the workshop and the efficient organization of marine engine maintenance and repair activities.

Key responsibilities:

• Organize, coordinate, and schedule workshop operations
• Ensure quality and timely completion of repairs
• Support the department in achieving financial targets
• Communicate with and serve clients
• Promote and maintain safety standards
• Develop the department and its personnel

Required Education / Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (University/Technological Educational Institute)
• Master’s degree is considered an asset
• 2–5 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent computer skills
• Very good command of English
• Fulfilled military obligations
