ELTRAK Group of Companies is looking to hire an Import Coordinator in Kifisia.

The successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation of importing the Group’s Products.

 

Key responsibilities:

• Managing all aspects of the Group’s imports, the updating and costing of the products received from abroad.

• Payment of foreign suppliers as well as communicating with them when necessary.

• Cooperating with the other departments and being in charge with accounting tasks such as:

o Accounts payable
o Supplier payments
o Creation of accounting entries
o Intrastat
o Issuance of guarantees

 

Required Education / Skills

  • University BSc in Economics/Finance/ Business (AEI/TEI)
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in the Imports Department or in a Transportation Company
  • Excellent command of English
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (particularly Excel)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with reliability and adherence to deadlines
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Military obligations fulfilled
