ELTRAK S.A. Group of Companies is seeking to hire an Import Department Manager for its headquarters in Nea Kifisia, Athens.

 

The successful candidate will have full responsibility for the coordination and management of all matters related to the Group’s import activities, as well as the associated banking procedures. In addition, they will lead and supervise the Import Department team, which consists of specialized professionals in the field of imports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordination and organization of the Group’s import operations.
  • Communication and collaboration with customs brokers, transport companies, and banking institutions.
  • Review, processing, recording, and payment of foreign suppliers’ invoices.
  • Preparation, processing, and submission of INTRASTAT declarations.
  • Provision of advisory support on export-related matters.

 

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • University degree (AEI/TEI or equivalent) in Business Administration, Accounting, or Logistics.
  • Training and proven experience in import operations and banking procedures.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Very good command of the English language.
  • Good knowledge of computer systems and MS Office applications.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with consistency and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • High sense of responsibility and professionalism.
