We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team at our facilities. The successful candidate will support the Sales Department and contribute to the effective management of orders, deliveries, invoicing, and other related processes.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the various processes related to the sale of new and used machinery, ensuring the smooth execution of tasks and effective collaboration with the relevant departments across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the receiving and sales process for new and used machinery.
• Arranging machinery deliveries to customers.
• Communicating with transport companies to obtain quotations.
• Invoicing, sending documents to customers.
• Cooperating with the Accounting Department, and monitoring warehouse management.
• Cooperating with Service Department about required receiving, preparation, and delivery works.
• Issuing the license plates of the machinery when needed.
• Monitoring machinery warranty.
• Performing other tasks related to record-keeping and procedures concerning machinery sales and rentals.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree Degree will be highly appreciated
• Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in car or machinery back office
• Excellent command of English
• Very good knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Time management, flexibility, attention to details, the ability to take initiative.
