CVA Specialist

ELTRAK Group of Companies a leading provider of heavy equipment and power solutions, is seeking to recruit a CVA Specialist at its Kifisia premises.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, management, and support of the workshop services, ensuring the effective integration of technical and commercial operations. This role contributes to the optimization of internal processes and the continuous improvement of service quality.

Key responsibilities:

Create, manage, and monitor Maintenance Contracts (CVAs) in collaboration with PSSRs and Sales departments
Track implementation and performance & maintain updates in company systems (DBS-CRM and Caterpillar platforms)
Prepare reports for both internal use and manufacturer communication
Support and manage telematics and connectivity solutions (VisionLink, Product Link, etc.)
Monitor technological developments and provide support to customers and internal users
Manage activation and subscription of relevant systems and services
Develop Repair Options and Standard Jobs to support workshop efficiency and standardization
Support the creation of technically and commercially competitive service proposals
Maintain and update databases and tools (DBS-CRM, Configurator Tool)
Ensure proper information flow between departments and support resolution of technical issues with the manufacturer
Participate in internal meetings and ensure compliance with company procedures and standards

Required Education / Skills

Degree from University/Technical Institute/Vocational Institute in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Good command of the English language
Good knowledge of computers and MS Office
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with consistency and ability to meet deadlines
Completed military service obligations
