As part of the company’s continuous growth and the expansion of the Human Resources Department, we are looking for an HR Talent & Employee Experience Specialist for our premises in Kifisia, who will support HR operations and contribute to the effective implementation of relevant processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management and execution of Human Resources Department processes for ELTRAK & ELASTRAK companies
• Participation in the recruitment process during the initial stages
• Participation in the planning and processes related to employee training
• Maintenance and monitoring of the proper keeping of employees’ physical personnel files
• Communication with employees and management of employee-related matters
• Informing employees about insurance coverage and pension plan matters
• Support in the organization & execution of corporate activities
• In the second phase, involvement in payroll-related matters

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences
• A Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management will be highly appreciated
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of labor legislation and HR procedures
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Very good command of the English language (at least B2 level)
• Organizational and communication skills
