ELTRAK, the official Caterpillar dealer in Greece, is looking for a Spare Parts Warehouse Employee to strengthen the Logistics & Parts Operations team at its facilities in Kalochori, Thessaloniki.

Main Responsibilities:

• Receiving, checking and organizing spare parts in the warehouse.
• Picking, packing and preparing customer and workshop orders.
• Carrying out loading and unloading operations in accordance with the company’s safety procedures.
• Managing inbound and outbound material transactions through the ERP / WMS system.
• Conducting stock counts and inventory checks.
• Ensuring proper storage, labeling and traceability of spare parts.
• Collaborating with the Logistics, Service and Spare Parts Sales departments to ensure smooth customer service.
• Following the company’s Health & Safety procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• High School or Technical School diploma.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or spare parts management position.
• Good knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work in an organized and demanding environment.
• Responsibility, team spirit and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of English will be considered an additional qualification.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in the management of spare parts for heavy equipment, construction machinery or the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Forklift operator certification will be considered a significant advantage, without being a prerequisite.
• Experience in an organized warehouse environment using barcode scanners and RF terminals.
