ELTRAK Group of companies is seeking to hire a Spare Parts Counter Sales Representative  at its Kifisia premises.

Key Responsibilities

• Responding to customer requests for machine spare parts and other products represented by the company
• Identifying and recommending suitable spare parts based on technical requirements
• Monitoring the sales process and supporting customers through to completion
• Issuing invoices and related documents
• Preparing and processing orders and quotations

 

Required Qualifications / Skills

• Degree from a Technical School or equivalent technical education
• Previous experience in a similar role (spare parts / technical support / sales) is desirable
• Good command of the English language, especially technical terminology
• Ability to understand technical documentation, spare parts catalog systems, and training materials
• Computer literacy and very good knowledge of MS Office
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach
• Methodical thinking, adaptability, strong organizational skills, and team spirit
