Technical Communicator & Warranty Coordinator/Engineer
ELTRAK Group of Companies is looking to hire a Technical Communicator & Warranty Coordinator/Engineer for their Product Support department in Athens.
The suitable candidate will be responsible for managing warranty issues and providing technical support to workshop and spare parts departments, ensuring compliance with manufacturer procedures and effective service to all branches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and coordinating warranties according to manufacturer guidelines and monitoring warranty claims
- Communicating with manufacturers for non-warranty cases
- Maintaining and updating warranty files and prime product delivery data
- Handling returns of warranty parts
- Updating and training colleagues on technical issues and product developments (hardware/software)
- Supporting the management and completion of factory warranty programs
Required Education / Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (University or Technical Institute)
- Excellent command of English and technical terminology
- Good/Very good command of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a team-oriented spirit, consistency, and adherence to deadlines
