Applicable law – Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Greek Law, and in the event of a conflict or dispute concerning the application, implementation, and interpretation of these terms the Greek law is applicable.
This site is created and controlled by the COMPANY, in Greece (Attica), and the Greek Legislation will guide the use of the site and the interpretation of it. If user chooses to access our site from another country, has the responsibility to follow the Laws of that country.
In the event that any of these terms shows that it is invalid and/or non-applicable even to some, for any reason, the terms are not affected by this shall apply and have full force and effect.
For any dispute that may arise from the above, the courts of Athens are exclusively competent.
