Eltrak’s Distinction in e-Commerce
We are delighted to share the news of our company’s participation and significant distinction at the 2025 Europe Digital Awards — an initiative designed to recognize Caterpillar Dealers demonstrating the strongest performance in Digital Transformation.
This program focuses on the adoption of digital solutions, the enhancement of the customer online experience, and the growth of sales through e-commerce platforms, covering the period from January 1 to September 30, 2025.
During the competition, participants are evaluated in two main categories:
- Digital Solutions Award, with emphasis on customer activation in VisionLink and PCC.
- eCommerce Award, which assesses the growth and momentum of online sales through available digital platforms.
Our team participated with great enthusiasm, clearly demonstrating the professionalism, dedication and collaborative spirit that define us. Through coordinated effort, daily commitment and a genuine drive for continuous digital advancement, we succeeded in standing out among strong and highly competitive peers from across Europe.
As a result of this collective effort, we achieved 1st place in the e-Commerce category and 4th place in Digital Solutions — a distinction that highlights not only our organization’s digital progress, but also our ability to fully leverage available tools to continuously deliver greater value to our customers.
This success belongs to everyone who contributed: the Digital Team, PSSRs, ISRs, MSRs, and all colleagues who worked methodically to develop our online channels, as well as every team member who actively supported the transition toward more modern and agile digital practices.
We move forward with the same determination, building on the momentum we have created to maintain and further strengthen our competitive advantage in the digital landscape.
