Eltrak Group and Mediterranean College: strategic partnership
A new collaboration has started between the Eltrak Group and the Mediterranean College with the signing of a memorandum aimed at mutual synergies and advantages for both the Eltrak staff and the students of the 1st Private English-speaking College of Greece.
Present on behalf of the Eltrak Group were Ms. Natasha Covas – Kneiss, CEO Eltrak Group, & Mr. Nikos Boutas, HR Director, while on behalf of the Mediterranean College, Ms. Eftychia Filippou, Employability Coordinator Careers Office, and Ms. Nota Sotiropoulou, Head of Student Affairs Office, Career Office.
Driven by lifelong learning and professional excellence in line with the demands of the modern labor market, Eltrak employees interested in attending undergraduate or postgraduate programs at Mediterranean College will benefit from a 50% tuition fee subsidy and will have access to free seminars and workshops which College.
Eltrak will also support Mediterranean College educational and training events and participate in Employability Scheme events such as the Employability Fair, Employability Week and the Education Awards. Eltrak executives will also be able to attend as "Guest Lecturers" in courses, workshops and seminars organized by the Mediterranean College.
On behalf of the College, emphasis is placed on the possibility of educational visits of its students to Eltrak facilities through various actions, such as "Job Shadowing". Afterwards, the students of the Mediterranean College will have the opportunity to carry out their internship at Eltrak and also to apply for a permanent position depending on their specialty.
The above initiatives contribute practically to the strengthening of the employability of Mediterranean College students as well as to the renewal of Eltrak with new and enthusiastic staff, with a strong interest in modern methods and work practices as well as experience from leading global brands.
