All major milestones, collaborations, and achievements of Eltrak are featured in the latest issue of Cat Magazine, published to mark Caterpillar’s 100th anniversary of innovation and technology. For us at Eltrak, this centennial is more than a celebration — it’s a meaningful opportunity to highlight the defining moments of our own journey, guided by expertise, consistency, and a steadfast belief in progress.
One particularly rewarding highlight of this journey is the international award we received by Caterpillar for a second consecutive year: Eltrak Greece and Bulgaria ranked 1st and 3rd respectively, out of 25 dealers across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. This recognition, based on Caterpillar’s Dealer Scorecard, reflects financial performance, service growth, and operational efficiency — a testament to our ongoing commitment to deliver reliable solutions and contribute actively to the development of local markets.
As part of our strategy to provide comprehensive, high-quality services, Eltrak continues its close collaboration with Hellas Gold at the Skouries project, one of the most advanced mining operations in Europe. Eltrak is responsible for the technical support of the onsite Caterpillar fleet, maintaining a permanent team of specialized personnel. The partnership includes five dedicated service contracts, covering critical areas such as safety, telemetry monitoring, and preventive maintenance.
Eltrak also took part in Bauma 2025, the world’s leading construction machinery trade fair, further strengthening its presence at Caterpillar’s centennial exhibition space. Held in Munich from April 7 to 13, 2025, the event showcased the latest developments in construction machinery, with a special focus on electrification, automation, and sustainability.
Innovation and service now come together to deliver a new, engaging digital experience in the field of parts support. Our new Digital Stand — already in operation at our Athens branch — brings customers closer to tools like PCC (our online parts platform, parts.cat.com) and VisionLink (equipment connectivity) in a simple, fast, and interactive way.
